Poland Pioneering Electronic Reporting in the EU

Poland has carefully been preparing for their 2026 rollout of KSeF; a much anticipated e-invoicing platform. According to the Polish Ministry of Finance companies with 2024 revenues exceeding PLN 200 million (around 55 million) will need to file KSeF starting as soon as February 2026. All remaining businesses must start as of April 2026.

The new reporting systems applies to Polish companies as well as international companies with a Polish permanent establishment. Essentially, all invoices are issued in real time through the KSeF platform.
